Out of one hundred applications sent, ninety replies will send automatic rejection emails, five won’t go through due to various reasons from technical, change of mind to timelines, and remaining five will give you an actual chance to interview. Hence, the reply rate is <5%. Don’t get disappointed, that’s how the game works. You’re not the only one in the market. The job market in 2025 is BRUTAL! With a lot of layoffs going on. It’s a very tough process and only the restless survival at the end. I am one of them. I have faced some tough times and after 6 months of searching, I found my dream job.
